We therefore have created and included chapters in the TESOL Employment Manual that give you the tools you need to research and assess job possibilities! These chapters are current and bursting with fantastic information and a multitude of links.
We are so confident in the material we have gathered and share with you in the training manual that we do offer a job guarantee. We know that you will find a job by using the tools and training we give you.
At
we do not guarantee a job placement through our institute. Just think of the amount of effort and time that goes into a thorough search for a new job. Now think about how difficult it would be to do this intensive effort for another person whom you do not know, combined with the amount of destination and employment possibilities found in this huge and diverse world we live in! To do justice to each and every student in promising them job placement, a company would have to create an incredibly extensive questionnaire with topics including: salary requirements, food preferences, climate preferences, teaching conditions desired, proximity to the ocean or mountains, size of desired city, technology available at the teaching position, availability of known toiletries... the list is endless. A team of hundreds or thousands of employees would need to be hired and be dedicated solely to securing the perfect job for each and every alumni. This simply is not possible.
However, there are independent organizations/individuals who are recruiters. Recruiters specialize in job placement of English teachers in international language schools and are paid for their service by the school, not by you. If you are still wanting actual job placement after you are certified, you are welcome to approach a recruiter (listed in the TESOL Employment Manual) for their service.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee that if you use the information and tools printed in the training manual and apply to jobs that match your qualifications that you will be offered a TESOL job.If you apply to 20 different educational companies, for which you meet their application requirements, in at least 3 different countries within 6 months of receiving your
correspondence course and receive rejection letters
from every company, despite following the information supplied within
the certification course, please send us: all 20 official rejection
letters, your Certificate, a copy of
your resume and the cover letters used for these 20 applications. We
will assess all these documents and if these documents were prepared
following the information and suggestions given within the
certification program, we will give you a full refund of your tuition fees (minus a $100 processing fee).
