Correspondence TESOL Certification:
If you are not satisfied for any reason with the TESOL correspondence course, please return all materials within 30 days of the date on which sent the materials to you along with a personal letter stating your reason for your lack of satisfaction. Materials must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. If materials have been used or damaged in any way, they cannot be returned to the office.
All shipping charges, to return materials to the office, are the responsibility of the student. A full money refund, minus a $75 processing fee, will be issued to you once all the original materials have been returned.
