• All customers who register using either a MasterCard or Visa are required to complete the " Credit Card Authorization Form" authorizing to charge the fees to your credit card.
• Please print the authorization page from this web site, fill in all the required information, then fax or mail it to our office.

• Payment for the 60 hour "TESOL Certification" Correspondence Course must be made in full before materials will be mailed to you.
